When you decide to purchase a painting, DO NOT PAY right away. Please email us using our contact form. Include the name of the painting, your zip code, how you prefer to pay, and any questions you may have. We like to figure the shipping costs as close as possible. We will let you know the total cost, then you can pay for the painting, either by using the Paypal button here, or by going to our Etsy shop. We will change the shipping charges on our Etsy shop before you purchase. You may also send a check.

Another reason you should contact us before sending payment is because there is a chance that the painting you want to purchase is being displayed in a contest or exhibition. We will make every effort to withdraw the painting and get it to you right away, but sometimes there may be an unavoidable delay. If this happens, we would ask you to pay only 25% to hold the painting, and the remainder just before shipping.


Payment may made using Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal, or check. Checks will require clearance time.

Payment plans: You can take up to 60 days to make 100% payment, including shipping. An initial payment of 25% of the total cost is required to hold a painting. If at any time during the payment period the decision is made to not complete the purchase, a refund will be sent to the buyer, less 10% of the total purchase price, for handling. Order will be shipped when total bill is 100% paid. Should any painting being paid for on a payment plan become unavailable, due to damage, or loss for any reason, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Art shipped to an Indiana address will have 7% sales tax added.



Please CONTACT US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE you purchase any art so that we can revise the shipping cost if possible. If you live closer to us than California, your rate could be less, specially on smaller paintings.


The shipping price in this listing is for the contiguous US only. ALASKA and HAWAII will be more expensive.

We prefer to ship by US Post Office, with tracking numbers, and insured for the value of the painting.

We will try to package and ship your painting within 7 days, once 100% payment has been processed. We insure all of my paintings and will provide a tracking number once shipped. Once we send the painting, the order cannot be cancelled.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, you need to contact us within 3 days. You have 7 days to return it to us, with all the original packaging, and packed the way it was shipped. Please return it through the original shipper, insured to its selling price, and obtain a tracking number, which MUST be emailed to us as soon as the painting is shipped. If a painting is returned without a tracking number, and does not arrive at our studio, there will be NO refund given!  When we receive the painting and inspect it for damage, we will refund the selling price, and any applicable sales tax. Neither the original shipping charges or the return shipping charges are refunded for returned paintings.

Damages: No refunds will be given if a painting is not returned in original, saleable condition.  Any painting that is returned and smells of smoke or anything else, or has been soiled in any way, or has pet fur on it, will also not get a refund.


If you have any questions about the colors, or any other aspect of any of our paintings, please don’t hesitate to email us before you purchase. We make every effort to ensure that the colors you see are accurate, but screens vary and screen settings can be changed, so we make no guarantees about the exact colors. If you are unsure, please view the painting on several different screens and/or devices.
